Active/Retired Membership Form

Please use this application to submit Active or Retired membership dues as a new member. DO NOT submit dues through this application if you are renewing.  Please log in first.  (Note: It is also possible that you have an account on the ASC website if you attended an ASC Annual Meeting as a non-member between 2017 and now, in which case, you should log in first. Please check with the ASC office if you are not sure.)

NOTE ABOUT DONATIONS:
We are still accepting donations to various divisions and the Ruth D. Peterson Fellowship for Racial and Ethnic Diversity.  However, they are not available on the membership application.  Please visit our donation page to access these items. You can also support the Ruth D. Peterson Fellowship for Racial and Ethnic Diversity by purchasing ASC merchandise.

NOTE ABOUT DIVISION DUES:

  • You may no longer join ASC's Divisions via this membership form. 
  • Division memberships must be purchased on a dedicated form (Division Add-On Form) that can be found on the "Account Home" menu above/or on your Profile home page (accessible only by current members).
  • Division memberships are only available for purchase for the current membership year from January 1st through August 31st. 
  • If you are completing this membership form on or after September 1st, please note that the ASC membership dues are automatically applied to the following calendar year. Any Division membership purchases will have to wait until January 1st.  We will send out a reminder at that time with a link to join the Divisions.
